My Journey

In Honor of ASLI
A moment that heavily influenced my journey in the American Sign Language Interpreting program at the University of Houston was the first-ever College of Medicine Simulation on October 13, 2023. This experience was no small feat in my upward climb during my time as an ASLI student. That day was the confidence boost I needed in my personal development. I felt reassured in my decision to be an ASL/English interpreter.

I am honored to be a part of the last ASLI cohort. I wish you all the best as Interpretation and Translation.
